Setup Configuration Settings for Videos

I need to implement the pseudostreaming on videos. I need to setup all the configuration settings in the web server(IIS web server). How could I implement the concept of psuedostreaming. Please provide a way to me. My email Id is 'sumitrawat18@gmail.com'.
The video 'http://content.bitsontherun.com/videos/LJSVMnCF-327.mp4' is run perfectly for pseudostreaming. So need to implement these on web server. So please help

February 2nd, 2010 11:32At Bits on the Run we only support hosted solutions and CDNs. For information about setting up your own solution you're best off looking at the forums of Long Tail Video that is the host of the JW Player.
A quick search shows that you will most likely need a third-party plugin from code-shop. The non-commercial license is for free, and the commercial license is very affordable.
