We do not substract this traffic from your other traffic (nor do we have a way of knowing how much traffic the previews generated).

January 13th, 2010 09:09Yikes...
I gotta say, I don't like that fact one bit.
It's a shame that we can't work on our videos, and preview them to make sure they are the way we like them before publishing them....without getting charged.

January 13th, 2010 10:50Our system does not know when a video has been officially published or not. We simply have a cost of delivering the files and we charge every time a video is watched. It might not be nice, but is simple and honest.

January 19th, 2010 14:28I just that uploading 16:9 video and set the parameters in a custom player yet the player seems to add letterboxes anyways... I've had to play the preview several times for each video to try and correct this problem - which still hasn't been fixed

January 20th, 2010 14:06Are you sure that:
- the original video is 16:9
- the dimensions of the player display are 16:9
We sometimes see people uploading letterboxed widescreen content (with black borders in the video stream), or players that are not widescreen.
Do you have an example page, e.g. a preview of the video+player you use?
