running out of money and no idea why

I have 2 Gb of content in my account since november with maybe 1.3 gb in streaming and yet I used up 63.46 in euro's
Can some please explain since storage then is 6.98 per month and 2.78 for let's say 2gb in streaming does not add up for me
please let me know

January 29th, 2010 11:32If you have 2GB content and 2GB streaming a month, you should indeed use less than €10 / month.
Do you have your account login, so I can check what's going on here? I cannot find a brent or bdavis in the system.

February 2nd, 2010 11:02I see that last time you paid, you paid for 50 GB of traffic and 4 GB of storage. With your usage pattern (2 GB content managed, 1.3 GB of traffic/mo) that means that the storage part will last you for something like 2 more months, while you have enough traffic to last you until 2016.
If you like I can transfer some of your traffic credit to storage.
I can, using the prices at our pricing table reimburse 75 GB of traffic at €0.99/ GB and use it to buy 29.8 GB-month of storage at €2.49/GB-month.
After this, if you keep up your current usage pattern, you should be good for about 15 months.
Is that OK with you?
