Blocked account

My account is blocked again, yet I just paid for more traffic and content a few days ago, and there is plenty of reserve.
What is happening?

February 2nd, 2010 10:36One of our moderators noticed that you used your account to serve explicit content. As is stated in our Terms and Conditions (section 7) you may not post Content that is pornographic or sexually explicit in nature.
If you give us your PayPal account name, we will provide you with a refund.

Please note that this refund is agains normal procedures, but was granted, because the date of blocking and the date of payment were almost identical.
