Hi, Is there a restriction on transcoding vids in the free trial version? Am wishing to test the 720 and 1080 options but can only get the 320 version on upload. Is this correct?

February 3rd, 2010 14:13Hey Andrew, I'm assuming that you're the latest Andrew that created an account on out system.
It looks like you uploaded 3 videos, and right now I see conversions up to 1080 pixels wide in your account.
Keep in mind that the higher resolution conversions will take longer to transcode than the low resolution conversions, so the low resolution conversions will show up first.

February 5th, 2010 11:50Hi Remco, Yep, that sounds like me. Sorry to be really dumb on this, but just not getting how to generate the embeddable code for the high res 1080 transcode. We require high res on our site as the vids will be blown up onto whiteboards and big screens. We need to know that we can embed the high quality code into the site before we can commit to the full account. Can you assist?

Now in the videos tab you will need to set the player to the newly created bigger video player for each vid.
We use smart resolution switching by the way. That means that even if you have video in a small player, once the video is switched to full screen, the player will switch to the highest resolution video that fits on the screen and can be handled by the connection of the user.
