Conversion stuck or very slow !

I'm doing a batch of video conversion at the moment and I need to publish them asap because it's a event. But it seems that the conversion is stuck.

Can you start it as soon as possible ?

Hey, it looks like they are all up now. It might have been a temporary glitch, I'll look into it further on Monday.

Did you find anything ? This was a big problem for us, because we were posting the video's the same day the event was, so I had to make a new account and pay because otherwise I couldn't get the video's on friday and Saturday.

Apparently one video in the front of the queue on Friday night (possibly yours, but not necessarily so) had some issues and spoiled it for the rest. This is a pretty rare issue, and we are working on a real fix, but right now all we can do is monitor the queue and fix things when they get stuck (which is what out engineers did Friday night).

When you reported the slowness here, the underlying problem had already been solved, but we had some backlog in the queue.

I'm having similar problems, with videos that say "not built" or have been still processing for weeks.

Steve, I've scanned through the system to find your failed videos and sent you an email.
