What happens when I upgrade?
When you upgrade, you have to select to either immediately upgrade, or upgrade starting the next month.
- When you immediately upgrade, your traffic limit is immedately extended. You will also immediately be charged for the current month. Not the entire plan amount, but the difference between the old and new amount (e.g. 80 euros if you upgrade from Sprint to Stretch).
- When you upgrade starting the next month, nothing changes for the time being. Your traffic limit stays the same and you are not charged. When the new month starts, you'll be automatically upgraded and charged for the new plan. If you change your mind before the next month has started, you can always revert back to the current plan.
