Our pricing model is all about pay as you go. You purchase the content and traffic usage for Bits on the Run in advance. After your purchase the content and traffic will slowly diminish over time while you use our system. There are no setup costs, no tiered feature costs and no bucketed amounts. You only pay for what you use and every user gets access to all the features of our system.

Content ratecard
Content covers the costs of using the video management platform. We charge you over the total filesize of your video library:
- € 3.49 per GB-month if you buy less than 10 GB-month
- € 2.99 per GB-month if you buy between 10 and 25 GB-month
- € 2.49 per GB-month if you buy between 25 and 100 GB-month
- € 1.99 per GB-month if you buy between 100 and 250 GB-month
- € 1.49 per GB-month if you buy over 250 GB-month
€ 1.00 is about $1.40 and 1GB of content is about 1 hour of video.
Charges work like this: for €3.49, you can buy 1 GB-month of content. With it, you can either manage a 1GB video library for one month, a 500MB library for 2 months or a 5GB library for 6 days.
The CMS account page displays both the amount of content you use every day and your current content balance, so you can easily calculate when and how much content you should buy.
Traffic ratecard
Traffic covers the bandwidth costs for streaming and dowloading your videos. We charge for the amount of videodata transferred:
- € 1.39 per GB if you buy less than 10 GB
- € 1.19 per GB if you buy between 10 and 25 GB
- € 0.99 per GB if you buy between 25 and 100 GB
- € 0.79 per GB if you buy between 100 and 250 GB
- € 0.59 per GB if you buy over 250 GB
- € 0.39 per GB if you buy over 1000 GB
€ 1.00 is about $1.40 and 1GB of traffic is about 4 hours of viewing.
If you use your own Amazon S3 account for content delivery, you do not pay for traffic.

Depleting your account
When using the system, both your content and traffic balance will be updated every day. You can replenish your account at any time, carrying over any content and traffic that was left. You need to replenish your account at least once every 6 months, otherwise your content and traffic will be set to 0.
When either your content or traffic hits 0, we disable uploading, downloading and streaming of videos. You then have 30 days to replenish your account. If you do not replenish your content or traffic within those 30 days, your account (including videos) will be deleted.
We send out warning emails when your content or traffic balances cross the 100GB, 10GB and 1GB threshold. We also send out warning emails when your account is blocked. These emails include a link to our payment page, prefilling the amounts you should buy to continue streaming another three months.
We use
